Had my first acupuncture appointment yesterday. I'd say it went fairly well especially since I have an insane fear of needles. It's weird to look down at your body and see all these metal bits sticking into your skin and swaying. Now have herbs to ingest, exercises to perform, and chi to align. Excitement of my life.
